Natural Glow Self Love Club is a super cool non-profit organization that's all about spreading the love and care to women and teen girls!
Our mission? To help fierce ladies out there feel like the queens they are! We do this by teaching some top-notch skills like emotional regulation, positive decision making, and coping strategies. We've got all sorts of fun activities, from creative writing and arts to skincare and panel discussions.
Last year, we even hosted a virtual workshop, creating a chill space for women of all ages to learn the importance of self-care and break down the stigma surrounding mental health. We've worked with over 70 young girls, teaching them how to get in touch with their emotions, make smart choices, and be more self-aware.
Talk about girl power! And guess what? These self-love gurus aren't stopping there!
This year we plan to host monthly sessions for women and teen girls everywhere.
